Certain modules can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

btw, about that downloading thing we talked about the other day, here in dutchland its allowed to download whatever you want. Aslong you use it for your own use. sharing and uploading is forbidden. But i lost all my songs. My extern hard drive doesnnt work anymore ! So everything is gone, pics, photo's ps-files, old school files etc etc. But there is still hope. I heard that the reason for malfunctioning can also be the electric whire of the divice. So i need to replace it, but diddnt had the time to buy a new one yet.
